It would be a huge help if copy of invoices is attached when sending statements to customers on V1 instead of us having to download the invoices and statement then send it via email.

Since the V2 A/R Tracker has limited functionality, we need invoices sent from V1 to show the credit card surcharge fee.

From TSC Inc. We need the ability to send one or all open invoices to a customer without having to leave the tracker. To do this now you have to click on the account name which opens the account. You then must go to either the job or AR listing to find the invoice you want to send out. This is very cumbersome when working through collections.

a secondary rep should have visibility on any jobs that are in process. They can provide assistance or take over for primary if needed. Right now, the system treats a secondary as a commission function rather than a rep function. When you have two reps on one account both should be able to see and manage the workflows.

When exporting a file from List Builder, please include the Finance email if it is present on the client profile. Facilis recently introduced a feature that allows us to charge clients a credit card fee through Paya. While I’m not certain if state or federal law requires a 30-day notice, other Facilis partners may also need a way to email all finance contacts from Syncore for similar purposes.

I envision adding a MockUp and Artwork field somewhere into the job. When you drop a PNG or other supported file type into those fields, the system populates a MockUp and Logo preview on the order approval screen. It would allow orders with a single logo and product to have highly visible artwork on the approval, whereas orders with more complex art requirements could follow the current approval system. This implementation would potentially allow our sales team to use vendor virtuals and mockups, reducing graphics costs and/or expanding their impact into other more critical business areas (focusing on BR and NBD activities, over order proofing). It's also worth noting that many distributors rely only on vendor proofing and mockups, often having to send the vendor-produced (and branded) mockup to a client. I believe implementing these images directly into the approval tool would create significant benefits for many distributors.
