Must have! Feature request: Enable us to designate a secondary representative as the primary on a Proposal and Quote. We can already do that at the Job level, but not for OPPS and P's. Secondary representatives are unable to view thiers in their Activity Modules. Often a Secondary rep supports Primary rep accounts and they client is shared.

Ability to apply a client alert to an entire client group

Is there a way to add a secondary rep to the opportunity so it comes up in my personal opportunity list? My AM support 2 sales reps. I would love a way where the opportunities attached to her desk are easily visible without impersonating her primary reps and weeding out her specific opportunities. She is in charge of quotes and proposals, and so it would make her tasks a lot easier to follow up on if it can show up on BOTH our pipelines.

It would be nice if the SRFs showed up under the client - that a sample was ordered for them. Since we work in a team environment with Sales Assistants it would be nice to be able to see a sample was sent to a client. Right now- we have to search all samples under a Sales Rep and click into each one to see who it shipped to.

Having the ability to view industries in a prospect report would allow us to not only make sure all prospects are assigned to an industry, but also allow us to make sure they are assigned to the correct industry. This would allow us to make sure all prospects are included in contact list building for outreach through mailings, email campaigns etc.

Would like the ability to see if a Paya Visa or Paya Mastercard payment was actually paid for via a Visa Debit or Mastercard Debit in the payment section on the sales order. This would help clarify why those invoices do not get the credit card surcharge applied.
