Ability to have multiple contacts assigned to the same client. Ideally we would like to have one client which would have multiple contacts. What we run into is we will have a client with multiple contacts and when it comes to re-orders we are having to search through multiple accounts trying to figure out who ordered last. Really tricky when we have turnover within clients. The short answer would be both as well as multiple addresses if we are wanting to be greedy =)

When creating a collection often the products will be rearranged to be in a specific order. When you go to add products from this collection to a proposal they are not in that order. Would be really helpful if the products in the collection were in the same order they appear viewing the collection when going to add products to the proposal.

If invoicing is delayed or if there is a retail customer needing tracking to check in their goods, it would be helpful to allow this function to be turned ON for certain clients or blanket for all.

We have two scenarios that would be helpful. Firstly, the Paya solution is extremely beneficial because it automates the task of apply payments and marking orders as paid. We often times have clients (especially large corporate clients) that provides us with credit card information to keep in our vault. We use these credit cards to pay for various orders. And, depending on the cost center, the credit card varies order by order, contact by contact. Prior to Paya, we'd simply manually enter the information into our on-site cc machine. Then, our CSR and Accountant have to manually apply payments into Facilis, etc. We have found it is somewhat faster to email ourselves a copy of the invoice and then process the payment on the client's behalf. It would be beneficial if the system could generate a live payment token/link on demand from within the system. This would bypass the need to email copies of the invoice to ourselves. Another scenario is we've had several reports that links aren't always working...often due to "firewall issues". Many customers call in with the issue and just want to pay over the phone. Again, it would be beneficial to have an easily accessible link from within the system, rather than running it manually through a physical machine.

It would be very helpful if we had the ability to add an accounting email address to the TSC payment notifications as well. It is important for our accounting team to be able to track any incoming payments we receive. Without an accounting representative included on these notifications, it becomes very difficult to accurately monitor and reconcile payments. Adding an accounting email to the notification list would greatly improve visibility and ensure timely tracking of all received payments.

We just want the salesperson to share in the responsibility of vetting good customers. If they decide to work with someone who pays late or goes out of business, I want to deduct their commission, and we always prefer when things like that happen automatically. I used to work at American Solutions for Business, and after 75 days, we got all the profit taken away, then when the customer finally pays, we got most of it back.

For the invoice PDF it would be helpful when the credit card surcharge fee is checked off to have the standard balance have a clear note beside it that states when paying via Check or ACH as some clients are still seeing the highlighted amount for credit card payment as the total amount due and paying checks with the fee and it ends up causing a mess to clean up.

V1 Sales Analysis report that pulls from the dashboard booked sales number - would like to have the report always sort by job number so it is consistent each time the report is viewed.
