Ability to add carriers to the "Ship Via" dropdown in the Shipping Confirmation Email

It would be helpful to be able to add carriers to the Ship Via dropdown, as the carrier our partner is using is not in the dropdown, rendering the Shipping Confirmation email inefficient in this case. This partner has submitted tickets twice regarding the ability to add carriers to the dropdown.
