Ability to change quotes to automatically populate FOB Destination and not FOB Factory

We had a client specifically ask to have this changed on their quotes and in doing some research, FOB Factory just doesn't seem correct. I would think that we as the seller are responsible until it reaches the final destination. Maybe I am not fulling understanding the difference.

The default text for FOB is 'Factory' so we have to change that for nearly every quote we send out as we typically include the cost of shipping right to our client's door.
The same is true for Ship Via - 'Our Discretion' is the default and changing the default in the V1/Shipping Methods list only changes the info on the PO so we still have to change on quotes and SO's
