It would be great if there was a way for the reps to put into an SO not only the final destination but also any other stops, allowing the CSRs to build POs more clearly and with fewer errors. For example, this order will eventually go to the customer, but before then it needs to ship from Leeds to a local decorator for them to pack with other items. You may not want the customer to see this, but it would be great if there was a way for the rep to show those movements to the CSR for the POs and to have a good idea of what is happening on the job. This would also work well when asking overruns to come to the rep or our company.
